1. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The total delivery time is usually 8–15 business days. This includes 1–3 days for processing (handling) and 7–12 business days for transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Glimeraid only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Tracking

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to see live updates.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after the shipment confirmation email is sent.

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us at support@glimeraid.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can send a replacement.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once the order is processed (after 12 hours), we cannot change the destination.
