1. Shipping & Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost?

    • Shipping is on us! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • The total delivery time is usually 8–15 business days. This includes 1–3 days for processing (handling) and 7–12 business days for transit.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • Currently, Glimeraid only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Tracking

  • How can I track my package?

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to see live updates.

  • My tracking number isn’t working.

    • Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after the shipment confirmation email is sent.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

    • We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    • We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us at support@glimeraid.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can send a replacement.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Can I cancel my order?

    • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    • Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once the order is processed (after 12 hours), we cannot change the destination.
